April Veneracion Ang staffs Supervisor Kim on land use and planning issues in District 6. While April has gained technical proficiency in planning issues through MIT’s City Planning program, she couples this with a community building approach gained through her time working with immigrants and families in the South of Market since 2004.

Sunny Angulo has lived and/or worked in District Six for a decade, and staffs the office on a range of issues from transportation to community development. Prior to joining the District Six office, she worked in media communications and journalism, and ran Supervisor Kim’s 2010 electoral campaign. She currently convenes the District Six Youth Stakeholders Group, Pedestrian Safety Workgroup and Open Space Task Force.

Ivy Lee staffs
Supervisor Kim on issues regarding public safety, homelessness, immigrant and civil rights in District 6. Prior to joining the District 6 team, Ivy practiced law for over 10 years, representing immigrant survivors of crimes, including human trafficking, domestic violence, and wrongful deportation. She is the proud mother of 3 children in public school.
