1. Call to Order and Roll Call

The meeting was called to order at 4:35 pm. All committee members were present. Staff present: Adele Failes-Carpenter; There was quorum.

2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)

Commissioner Zheng, seconded by Commissioner Avalos, moved to approve the agenda. There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.

3. Approval of Minutes (Action Item)

Commissioner Li, seconded by Commissioner Zheng, moved to approve the minutes. There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.

4. Public Comment on Items not on Agenda (Discussion Only)

A. Executive officer updates, check-ins, and committee reports

Commissioners shared updates from their respective committees. There was no public comment.

B. Review of recent youth-related Board of Supervisors legislation

There was none.

C. Review annual Budget and Policy Priority process

Commissioner Edelhart advised commissioners that the first reading of the budget and policy priorities would be at the upcoming full YC meeting. There was no public comment.

D. Approve Agenda for April 20, 2015 Full YC Meeting

Commissioner Zheng, seconded by Commissioner Listana moved to approve an agenda for the upcoming full Youth Commission meeting with the following non-standing agenda items:

• Youth Works intern presentation on Proposition 21 history
• Second reading of Resolution 1415-AL-09 on the year of homeless youth
• Second reading of Resolution 1415-AL-10 on recreation equity analysis
• Second reading of Resolution 1415-AL-11 review of SFPD referrals to CPS
• First reading of YC 2014-15 annual budget and policy priorities
• First reading of resolution on supporting state legislation in support of immigrant youth, AB900 and AB899

There was no public comment. The motion was passed by acclamation.
