IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING 2010/2011 FILING PERIOD:

PLEASE NOTE THE AMENDED FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2010.

The City & County of San Francisco open filing period for formal appeal of your 2010/2011 assessed property value is July 2, 2010 to September 15, 2010.  A completed Application for Changed Assessment form, together with a non-refundable $60 administrative processing fee must be submitted or postmarked to the Assessment Appeals Board no later than September 15, 2010, in order to be accepted as timely filed. 

   


Here are the instructions and the form you need to apply for a change in assessment.  You can print out the application form provided below, complete it according to the instructions, and mail it with the required $60 administrative processing fee, to our office.

Also available for use are other various forms pertaining to the assessment appeal process.
